How to print from your iPhone to a Xerox printer
Most current Xerox printers and multifunction printers support AirPrint, so your iPhone can print to them over the network without a driver. Printer App finds the Xerox device and adds full print controls.
Print to your Xerox printer
- Connect the Xerox printer to the same network as your iPhone.
- Open Printer App and choose what to print.
- Select your Xerox printer from the list.
- Choose copies, paper size, and layout, then tap Print.
Managed Xerox printers
In offices, AirPrint may be disabled on the Xerox device. If it doesn't appear, ask IT to enable AirPrint, and confirm your iPhone is on the same network as the printer.
