How to print from your iPhone to a Ricoh printer
Many Ricoh office printers and multifunction devices support AirPrint, letting your iPhone print over the network with no driver. Printer App finds the Ricoh device and adds copies, ranges, and layout.
Print to your Ricoh printer
- Make sure the Ricoh printer is on the same network as your iPhone.
- Open Printer App and choose a document, photo, or web page.
- Select your Ricoh printer from the list.
- Set copies, paper size, and layout, then tap Print.
Office Ricoh devices
On shared Ricoh MFPs, AirPrint is sometimes disabled by IT. If the device doesn't appear, ask whether AirPrint is enabled, or use Ricoh's own RICOH Smart Device Connector app.
FAQ
