How to print from your iPhone to a Toshiba printer

Many Toshiba multifunction printers support AirPrint, so your iPhone can print to them over the network. Printer App finds the Toshiba device and adds full print controls.

Print to your Toshiba printer

  1. Make sure the Toshiba printer is on the same network as your iPhone.
  2. Open Printer App and choose a document, photo, or web page.
  3. Select your Toshiba printer from the list.
  4. Set copies, paper size, and layout, then tap Print.

Managed Toshiba printers

In offices, AirPrint may be turned off on the Toshiba device. If it doesn't appear, ask IT to enable it, or use Toshiba's own mobile print app. Confirm your iPhone is on the same network.
