How to print from your iPhone to a Dell printer
Some Dell printers support AirPrint or Mopria, so your iPhone can print to them over the network. (Dell has left the printer business, so there are no new models, but existing ones still work.) Printer App finds the Dell printer and adds print controls.
Print to your Dell printer
- Connect the Dell printer to the same network as your iPhone.
- Open Printer App and choose a document, photo, or web page.
- Select your Dell printer from the list.
- Set copies, paper size, and layout, then tap Print.
If your Dell printer isn't listed
Not every Dell model supports AirPrint. If it doesn't appear, check Apple's AirPrint list for your model, and make sure the printer and iPhone share the same network.
