How to print labels from your iPhone
Labels need to line up precisely with the sheet or roll you're printing on. Printer App lays out label templates and prints them at the exact size so they land in the right spot.
Print labels
- Open Printer App and choose Labels.
- Pick a label size or template that matches your label sheet.
- Type the text (or pull in an address) for each label.
- Load the label sheet, select your printer, and print at 100% scale so the sizes match.

- Why are my labels printing slightly off?
- Off-alignment usually means the print was scaled. Print at actual size (100%, no fit-to-page) and confirm the paper size matches your label sheet exactly.
