How to print an email from your iPhone

You can print an email itself or its attachments. For a tidy copy of the message, save it as a PDF first, then print that with Printer App.

Print an email

  1. In your mail app, open the email and use the share or print option to save it as a PDF (or take a screenshot for a short message).
  2. To print an attachment, save it to Files first.
  3. Open Printer App and choose the PDF, attachment, or screenshot.
  4. Pick your printer, set paper size, and tap Print.
