How to print multiple pages per sheet from your iPhone
Printing several pages on one sheet — often called n-up — is great for handouts, drafts, and saving paper. iOS doesn't offer it directly, so Printer App draws the layout itself before sending it to the printer.
Print pages per sheet
- Open your document in Printer App.
- Choose the pages-per-sheet layout — 2, 4, or more.
- Pick portrait or landscape so the small pages sit the way you want.
- Select your printer and tap Print.
FAQ
- Will the text still be readable at 4 pages per sheet?
- Two per sheet stays very readable; four is fine for reference or drafts. Beyond that, text gets small — best for overviews rather than close reading.
